Sime Darby Property Bhd today officially launched its phase 1 e.Boulevard commercial shop-offices project in Denai Alam township. This first phase project comprises of 51 units of 2 and 3 storey shop-offices. The shops have a gross built-up area from 3,302sf to 10,891sf and the launch price from RM 1,072,699,20 to RM 3,247,999,20 for bumiputera price or RM 1,191,888.00 to RM 3,608,888.00 for non-bumiputera price.
Hundreds of interested buyers were at the launch this morning, 49 units out of 51 units snapped up within 3 hours during the balloting process.
To date, Denai Alam has a population of approximately 8,000 residents, so far over 1,500 units of houses have been handed over to house owners, the population is predicted to increase to double in 2014. Currently there are only 26 units of double storey shop-office cater for the residents of Denai Alam.
This project is expected to be ready in early 2014, due to the shortage of shops in Denai Alam and also this development is srategically located right at the township entrance with good accessibility, I foresee the owners for this 2 and 3 storey shop-office will enjoy good rental yield or high potential for capital appreciation on their investment.
